!! A Wild New Character Appeared!!

I was trying to keep this guy under wraps until I could introduce him in the comic, but that won't be for a while. This is Blake with Jack, another Fallout OC of mine.

He's not blind, he just has an extreme sensitivity to light so wears his sunglasses all the time, even indoors. (Not at night tho).

I'm still kind of developing him, so this could end up being way Out of Character, but oh well. When there's nothing to do for hours on end, y'kinda just draw whatever comes into your mind XD
